Shipping Policy

When you have ordered something from Wagyl Canberra the delivery time might be different than what you are used to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which allows for great savings on storage and transport costs. This allows us to price our products very competitively.

- Once an order is placed, we need 1-3 working days to process the order. On weekdays this takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday night or at the weekend, it may take a little longer.
The average delivery time is 7-14 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

1+1 Free offers
1+1 Free offers are valid when the product page clearly states: add 2 pieces to your shopping cart, the discount will be automatically calculated at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to do this. We cannot check every order for errors. If the customer does not do this themselves, it is their own responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery charges
We will pay the full delivery charges for all our orders. Your order will therefore be delivered completely FREE of charge.

Delivered order
Wagyl Canberra is not responsible for stolen or lost packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon request, we will confirm the delivery and provide the delivery date and tracking information so that the customer can find out for themselves the reasons for the error.

Cancellation of the order
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as all orders are dispatched within 24 hours and your order is already on its way. Once you have received your order, you can always return it easily.
